We send all orders with Post NL Track & Trace. This is a reliable service with tracking available.
As soon as you've placed your order and we've received payment, we will email you an unique code to easily track the sending status of your shipment.

Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain postal boxes or courier bags. Only your name & address are visable from the outside of the package.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied with any item and wish to return or exchange it, you may do so up to 7 days after the date of your purchase.
All returned goods must be unused and in original packaging.
Please contact us before sending items back to us. We do not refund shipping costs unless there was a mistake made on our behalf.
